My Father's Elekk

A drawing I did a few months back, and just recently found it laying around mildly unfinished in my pictures folder. So basically I did the few finishing touches and decided to submit it here.

It's done in my old coloring style (smudgetastic!) so. >.>

And I fail at drawing elephant-elekks. Blah.

Basically "Cleaves" (it's her nickname, due to her warrior status, of course) has used her father's elekk ever since she was old and skilled enough to ride him. However, as her adventures grow more and more dangerous, and as he grows older, she has to replace him with a younger, faster elekk. This is her farewell to him, as she heads off to explore distant lands.
